Beinlich, Lori
Pressed flower artist Lori Beinlich finds much of her inspiration for her work in hayfields, gardens, and the woods of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Lori creates pressed flower pieces in the form of candles, nightlights, clay pieces, note cards, wooden bowls, wooden trays, jewelry and more. She feels alive with passion, not only for flower pressing and designing, but in gratitude to borrow what the Lord, our creator, has given us in nature and to bring it inside our homes, as artwork. You can find her business, Wildflower & Fern, in her Etsy shop, in a few Art Markets, and in pressed flower art classes.
Brueckner, David
I've had a love for photography since high school. Lived 15 years in Ireland (where my three wonderful boys were born). Shot quite a few weddings there as well as beautiful landscapes. Reside in St. Albans and still love capturing tomorrow's memories.

Carroll, Abigail
Author of Habitation of Wonder and A Gathering of Larks: Letters to Saint Francis from a Modern-Day Pilgrim. Her poems have been anthologized in How to Love the World and Between Midnight and Dawn: A Literary Guide to Prayer for Lent, Holy Week, and Eastertide. She serves as pastor of arts and spiritual formation at Church at the Well in Burlington, Vermont, and enjoys playing Celtic harp.
Chestnut, Sarah Crowley
Sarah lives and works at L’Abri Fellowship in Southborough, Massachusetts with her husband and two children. She keeps a small vegetable garden, a sourdough starter and a messy desk. Sarah’s poetry and creative non-fiction have appeared or are forthcoming in CRUX: A Quarterly Journal of Christian Thought and Opinion, Red Rock Literary Journal, LETTERS, The Rabbit Room, Three Things Newsletter, Bearings Online, Peacock Journal, and elsewhere. She hosts a local, monthly gathering, Poetry in the Round for conversation about and between poems. Sarah has an M.A. in Theological Studies from Regent College. She was the 2009 recipient of the Luci Shaw Prize for Creative Writing, and her poem, “Simon Hears Tell of the Crucifixion” (CRUX) won first prize in the 2018 Higher Goals Awards from the Evangelical Press Association. Sarah is an alumna of the Tupelo Press Manuscript Conference and is working on her first book-length collection of poetry.
Crouch, Matthew
Matthew Crouch is a filmmaker based in Atlanta, GA. He has written and directed two short films with a third in development and has worked on numerous television shows in the production office and on set for companies such as ABC, 20th Television, Netflix, and Apple TV. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Cinematic Arts from Liberty University.
Dickerson, Matthew
Matthew has published medieval historical novels, fantasy novels, works of narrative non-fiction nature writing, books in the vein of apologetics and spiritual theology, biography, and several explorations of the writings of J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis. His poems and creative narrative non-fiction essays have also appeared in numerous journals and as chapters in edited volumes. He has served as artist-in-residence at Glacier National Park, Acadia National Park, and for Alaska state parks. He lives, works, and writes in Vermont.
Jones, Gail
Gail is a professional teaching artist who focuses on working with clay, fiber, and glass. She teaches residencies, workshops, conferences, retreats and classes. She takes inspiration from Scripture. You can see samples of her work at gailjonesart.com.
Keyes, Ben
Ben grew up playing music near Boston, Massachusetts. Born into a home where blues, folk, and gospel were always playing, Ben played the piano as soon as he could reach the keys and played guitar as soon as his hands were strong enough to fret a chord. He played in blues and funk bands during high school and college. He studied ethnomusicology at Brown University, exploring the beauties of old-time music, bluegrass, blues, gospel, and traditional Irish music. In the years after college, he directed several gospel choirs in the Boston area. From 2005 to 2007, Ben studied Theology and the Arts at Regent College in Vancouver, Canada.
In 2013, Ben wrote and produced a solo album entitled The Last Laugh. He’s also written extensively for Ordinary Time, a liturgical folk group that’s releasing their 6th album, Already Yours, in August 2023. Ben’s Christian faith is the foundation from which he writes his music, both sacred songs and songs that explore non-religious subjects. He always has many works in progress.
Since 2007, Ben has lived and worked with his wife Nickaela at L’Abri Fellowship, an intentional Christian community and study center. Ben and Nickaela have twin daughters and a son.
Alison McHugh
Alison McHugh was born and raised in the Mad River Valley in Central Vermont. She grew up in a tight knit, mission driven, spirit-filled church and has been a worship leader since she was 13. Alison has a background in early childhood education and currently facilitates research and alumni programming for a wilderness therapy program. On evenings and weekends, you can find her writing songs, mentoring songwriters, encouraging worship leaders, and traveling around the Green Mountain State leading worship at various events.
She’s part of Dwelling Ministries.
Rogers, Paul
A Stowe native, Paul holds a BFA in Photography as a Fine Art from Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Photographic Arts and Sciences. He’s a professional photographer who specializes in commercial, fine art, and nature/landscape photography, as well as photography for artists and photographic education. He’s best known for his late-autumn Stick Season project and for his images of entertainer Rusty DeWees. He has photographed Christian mission work in 16 countries, and he has won several journalism awards for photographs appearing in the Stowe Guide and Magazine.

Taylor, Daniel
Daniel is the author of fifteen books; these include The Myth of Certainty, Letters to My Children, Tell Me A Story: The Life-Shaping Power of Our Stories, Creating a Spiritual Legacy, The Skeptical Believer: Telling Stories to Your Inner Atheist and four novels, Death Comes for the Decontructionist, Do We Not Bleed?, Woe to the Scribes and Pharisees, and The Mystery of Iniquity. He has also worked on a number of Bible translations.
He frequently speaks at conferences, colleges, retreats, and churches on a variety of topics. He holds a Ph.D from Emory University. Dr. Taylor is a co-founder of The Legacy Center, an organization devoted to helping individuals and organizations identify and preserve the values and stories that have shaped their lives. He was a contributing editor for Books and Culture.
Dr. Taylor is married and the father of four adult children.
